Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I want to make sure every client gets the time and attention they deserve.
• Cancellations & No-Shows – Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will incur a 40% cancellation fee.
• Running Late – There is a 15-minute grace period if you’re running late. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will apply.
• Deposits – Deposits are applied to your service but are non-refundable if the cancellation terms are not met.
